This means that Picsy guarantee FOR NO EXTRA COST to send the written postcard from the APPROPRIATE country having already added the correct LOCAL 'often rare' stamps so the postcard can reach ANYWHERE in the world.

Picsy is also not responsible in any way for the content that is written by its end-customers on their postcards.

Picsy will not be held liable for aiding an alibi that is purposefully misleading and used in a court of law.

Picsy plays its part correctly with a 100% quality record - if the post office service does not deliver then Picsy cannot be held responsible for this.

Confidentiality:- All information is kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third party.

Picsy's Obligations to Customers:- On receiving your purchase order, Picsy will send you an invoice for the amount of goods that you have selected, at this stage there is no obligation to pay. But once you do make a payment which is then received by Picsy, your goods will be dispatched immediately.

Picsy's Obligations to Consumers:- On receiving in the reply-paid envelope addressed to Picsy, a written (and stamped) postcard from a consumer, Picsy will then post that postcard from the appropriate country.

IMPORTANT! Do not - write the address on your postcard using brilliant pens and ensure you include the destination country!
