We know that confidentiality is an issue when translating texts. For this reason we ask each of our translators to sign the attached confidentiality agreement.

PICSY TRANSLATION is committed to protecting your privacy. We keep the information we collect about you strictly confidential not sharing it with any third party outside our company.

1. What information do we collect?
When you send us an email or complete a form we have your email address. We also may have your name and address. We will also have the content of the text and / or web site URL(s) that require translating.

2. How is the information used?
We will use your personal details as necessary to operate, deliver and receive payment for providing a translation service. We use your email to identify you as the author of the texts.

3. What security measures are in place?
PICSY TRANSLATION places great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information it gathers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. For example, only authorised personnel excluding our translators, have access to personal information. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of personal information will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.

4. Where is the information stored?
Information which you submit is stored on a server located in Switzerland.
